Kisha

I'm Kisha B — strategist, creative, and community builder. I founded Kisha B & Co. because I kept seeing campaigns and organizations with powerful missions fall short on execution. And I knew I could help.

My campaign experience runs deep. I served as Scheduling Director for the Hill Harper for Michigan U.S. Senate Campaign — one of Michigan's highest-profile races — where I developed comprehensive scheduling strategies, coordinated high-profile events, and contributed directly to overall campaign direction. I've also served as Media Consultant and Videographer on county-level races, shaping full media strategy and producing content that brought candidates' platforms to life.

Since 2021, I've served as Public Relations Director for the City of Highland Park, Michigan. I spearhead public relations strategy, manage media relations and press conferences, produce a live television program, oversee digital communications, and led the redesign of the city's official website. That role has made me a sharper, more disciplined strategist.

I also co-founded a nonprofit with my brother, where I lead community events, build partnerships, and develop grassroots programs that make a direct difference in the lives of Detroiters. That work keeps me grounded in what matters most.

I also serve as an elected Precinct Delegate - a role that keeps me directly connected to the grassroots political process and the communities I serve.  I am also a commissioned Notary Public for Wayne County, Michigan - a practical asset for campaigns and organizations that need documents executed quickly and correctly.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration (4.0 GPA, Southern New Hampshire University), a Women's Entrepreneurship & Leadership Certification from Cornell University, and I'm completing my MBA in Business Analytics. Based in Detroit, Michigan — serving clients locally and nationally.
